Start light with trout ceviche with citrus oil and kumquat, goat’s curd with apple and endive, or picanha croquettes with mustard pickles.

For mains, it’s all about bold, satisfying plates – from sirloin steak with rosemary fries and café de Paris butter to chicken milanese with Sicilian vegetables, a shrimp burger with chipotle mayo, or chargrilled halloumi with quinoa tabouleh and labneh.

And if you’ve got room, finish strong with something sweet – plum & almond tart, chocolate mousse with salted miso caramel, or a light rhubarb pavlova.
